Studio booking & deposit policy (France / RDV de loisirs UE) Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposit amounts are shown before payment. Changes: Clients may cancel or reschedule online at least 2 calendar day(s) before the appointment (studio timezone), using the link in the confirmation email. Client cancel refunds (when cancelled in time): no deposit refund. If the studio cancels a paid booking: no deposit refund.
