Deposits are charged to your Stripe Connect account and paid out on Stripe’s schedule for your country — typically a daily bank transfer, not instant. New Stripe accounts often wait 7–10 days for the first payout. DepositBio never holds your deposit money.
Yes — you choose. In Settings you can allow clients to cancel and/or reschedule from their confirmation email, set a minimum notice window, and pick a refund mode (none, full, or a percentage). Your policy also appears on your public page and at checkout.
