By using DepositBio (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The Service
DepositBio lets independent professionals publish a booking page, manage availability and services, and optionally collect deposits via Stripe. Free and Pro features are described on the pricing page and may change over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content on your public page (services, policies, images).
Payments and subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Deposit amounts are set by artists; Stripe processing fees apply. DepositBio does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Refunds of client deposits are the artist’s responsibility via Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service (fraud, spam, illegal services, scraping, or attempts to access other tenants’ data). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.
Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, DepositBio is not liable for lost bookings, no-shows, or indirect damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these terms. Provisions that should survive (liability limits, payment obligations) remain in effect.
