DepositBio (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-tenant booking and deposit platform for independent professionals. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Who this applies to
Artists who create a DepositBio page, and clients who book or pay a deposit through an artist’s public booking link.
Data we collect
Account data (email, display name, username, profile settings); booking data (service, time, client name, email, phone if provided); payment-related metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); usage and analytics events on public pages; and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use data
To operate booking pages, confirm appointments, process deposits through Stripe, send transactional emails (OTP, confirmations, reminders), provide dashboards and analytics to artists, and improve reliability and security.
Payments
Card payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy. DepositBio receives payment status and identifiers needed to confirm bookings.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under contract, and with Stripe for payments. Artists see client booking details for their own tenants. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account and booking records while the account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to legitimate retention needs.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact us at [email protected]. Artists remain controllers of client data they collect via their pages for their own business purposes.
